Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account & contact data: your email and, optionally, your name.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card details, only a Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
• Technical data: IP address at signup (fraud/abuse prevention) and basic usage analytics.

How we use it

• To deliver the weekly report and transactional emails (welcome, sign-in, billing).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To understand and improve how the product is used.

Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted processors:

• Stripe: payment processing & billing.
• Mailgun: email delivery.
• MongoDB Atlas: database hosting.
• PostHog: product analytics.
• Google reCAPTCHA: bot protection (subject to Google's privacy policy).

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies. Some are strictly necessary: your signed-in session and the security token that protects forms from cross-site request forgery. The site does not work without those.

The rest are product analytics, provided by PostHog. They record which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked, the referring site, and general device and browser information. Once you sign in we attach an internal account identifier to that activity so we can tell members from visitors and see which features get used. That identifier is a random database ID: we do not send your email address, name, or any payment information to our analytics provider.

Session replay is not enabled. We do not record your screen, your keystrokes, or the contents of your portfolio, and we do not use analytics data to make automated decisions about you.

If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we honor it and analytics does not load. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though you may be signed out.

Data retention

We keep your data as long as your subscription is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Email support@bluechip52.com.

Children

BlueChip52 is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
