1. The Service

BlueChip52 is a paid email newsletter delivering automated stock-screening reports. It is informational only and is not investment advice; see our Disclaimer.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If BlueChip52 isn't for you, email support@bluechip52.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions, no hoops. This guarantee applies once per subscriber, to the first payment on your first subscription only. After the first 14 days, and for all renewal payments, charges are non-refundable except where required by law; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you've paid for.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or republish the reports, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed or contain errors.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueChip52 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and BlueChip52 agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williams County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

8. Changes & contact

The service itself also evolves: we may change, improve, or discontinue features, screens, scoring methodology, and data sources at any time as part of operating and improving the product. Published historical results are never retroactively rewritten by such changes.
